I'm looking to create a custom local coordinate system from a location but haven't found anything to point me in the right direction.
Basically given some arbitrary latitude and longitude as an origin and units (like us-foot or meters) to create a local coordinate system, which I can then add a graphic layer to with points in that coordinate system.
Any help would be appreciated.
