I am researching on some options in ArcGIS JS for clustering. One requirement we have is to cluster points in the map by region, say states. So to start with each state would have a cluster point. As we zoom in, the cluster would break into individual points. The cluster would also need to be colored by a metric. An example would be: Each point represents household and is colored by household income. The cluster would represent household income of the state.
