Android Edge Flickering

Created an ESRI JSAPI 4.28 web map and it flickers on Android/Edge, usually after a pan/zoom.  Android/Chrome does NOT flicker.  The entire map frame flickers, but, not the entire web page.  No flickering on desktop either (Edge or Chrome).  Only experienced on Android/Edge (Android 13/Galaxy S20 FE 5G/Edge 124.0.2478.87).

But, it's not just my web app.  Tried several samples from the ESRI JS SDK site and they flicker as well.

Hi @Stuart-Harlan, I tested today with samples from 4.29 and I do not see any flickering. Can you test with 4.29 as well? And can you record the flickering you are seeing using a hosted sample?

My testing:

Edge 124.0.2478.104

Android 14

Here is a screen recording showing the flickering.

We have 100% identical problem. I have tested next version of API (4.30), which is available here https://github.com/Esri/feedback-js-api-next/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md and it unfortunately seems there is the same issue.

That's not a hosted sample.  I'll find a hosted sample.

I updated my site to 4.29 and I still get the flickering.

Thoughts?  API bug?  Upcoming fix?

Same issue here in the past versions and now 4.29 - i can replicate this issue (the flickering) by looking at/interacting with samples in the documentation on my android tablet
