ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.11 and 3.28

Today, we released versions 4.11 and 3.28 of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. 


At 4.11, we added an Editor widget, a new GeoJSONLayer, made some significant enhancements to our 3D capabilities, and redesigned the website.
