Zoom on Selected Feature Attachment Viewer and zoom to original extent with back arrow

Question

Is there a way to click on a feature and when it gets highlighted the map reorients and zooms to selection, and then when you press the back arrow within attachment viewer it goes back to the map full extent? Kind of like the option available in story map called map action but automatically for all the features in my attachment viewer app.

This would be a good feature. I would also like the ability to turn off the filtering by map extent. I think it may confuse a lot of people when a bunch of the features disappear from the list when you are using the Map Focused view.
