Story map:Map Series error: layers are in accessible except for one of the layer

I am using locally hosted map service to use in Map series web app. But I am getting an error  when I try to add/show specific content for specific tabs. I have attached an image as well for you look at. It says map layer is inaccessible. 

Please help.
