Sidebar Instant App Pop Up Feature Not Working

The sidebar pop up feature works when a feature is selected for the first time, but stops working afterwards for any other selection. Turning it off makes it work in the map though.

Hi @jvarasanz 

Thanks for reaching out about this. There is a small issue with the new pop-up panel that was added during the last update. If you switch to use the Classic panel in the app configuration that should resolve the issue you are seeing.

Hello @SarahMcDonald_Esri, I am unsure if the bug submitted by @ZakBaron was ever closed, but this issue is still persisting, and your workaround is not available on AGOL at this time. (see screenshot) Fingers crossed there is a solution! 🤞

I am also experiencing this 1/24/2025. If you turn off the Pop-up option in the sidebar such that the pop-ups open in the map, you can work around it. But this is not ideal and I have submitted a support ticket.

Looks like this is a new bug now.

Hi, 

A bug has been logged against this issue and is currently in product plan.

BUG-000166058 - The Info tab in the Instant Apps Sidebar template does not work as expected. When express is turned off and edit is turned on, after the first selection of a feature, the info tab does not display any data.
