Is there a way to record/identify the IP address, or some other unique identifier, for people submitting/commenting in the Reporter instant app? We do not want to require a login (barrier to participation).
We want this for two purposes:
1-To understand how many different people are participating (not just viewing the page, which analytics takes care of).
2-To be able to isolate trolling submissions from the same user for review (understanding the limitations of shared computers, vpns, etc).
