Related-records pop-up preview count not honoured in Sidebar Instant App with Accordion enabled

When the "Accordion panel" is enabled, the Sidebar app does not respect the map pop-up configuration for limiting related record previews to three and instead displays all related records simultaneously.

BUG-000180925 aims to address this problem
