I want to embed a web map from our Enterprise Portal in another application (REDCap) where a user can simply add points to the map. Ideally, this would also capture the lat/long, but that can be calculated later if needed. The only actions a user should be able to do are add/delete their own points and pan/zoom. What would be the best app to accomplish this? Doesn't have to be in Instant Apps. Most of the ones I've looked at either allow or require too much functionality, such as creating attributes.
I can embed an app or map, so that part works. Suggestions?
