Public Notification Instant App - Provide option to keep previous sketch when creating multiple lists

It would be helpful if the Public Notification Instant App allowed the capability to retain the previous sketch when creating multiple lists, regardless of what Input layer is being used. There are times were more complex shapes are drawn and it would be wonderful to not have to redraw them for every list.

Thanks for this feedback and your other comment also related to Public Notification, I'll comment on that one as well.  

Would a sample workflow you're suggesting be something along the lines of:

1. Create a list using sketch tools
2. Save list
3. Create a new list > here have an option along the lines of 'use previous sketch'

Can you give some more details of the use case just so I can document this?

I just created a similar Idea, but having the sketched area be reusable might the simplest version of this. 

@ChryseMorales  Your three point suggestion could work for us to allow us to select parcels in step 1, and use that sketch to select address points in step 3. Alternatively, allowing us to start with creating a sketch, and then using that sketch as the selection are (a la Use Layer Features) focuses on the area used to create the lists, might be more straightforward than using one list to create another.
