Portfolio: make Carousel "collapsed" titles shorter

Collapsing the bottom tab strip doesn't save much space. This makes viewing maps on mobile devices pretty tough. It'd be great if collapsing would show text only.

This was made worse by the March 2022 release. Now, there's no option to collapse, and the thumbnails take up even more space. In landscape, you can't even see your contents. Using tabbed or accordion styles only works on desktop. This is a really, really poor mobile interface for an app that's supposed to be "mobile-first."

Thanks for reaching out about Portfolio. This should be resolved now and Portfolio should have a much better mobile experience.
