Let us include the Swipe tool in a Basic InstantApp without it being toggled on by default. We need more basic toggles for stuff like this in InstantApps in general.
@MackenzeOriger in the next release we've added an option to the swipe config dialog that will let you add swipe but have it be disabled by default.
