Add more configuration options for Filters in Instant apps

Please add configurations options for the Filter in Instant apps, it seems currently the filter options are preset based on data type.

For "Text" data the only filter option appears to be "is any of" which allows multiple items to be selected, and does not automatically remove previously filtered items.

Adding a filter option of "is" will quickly allow the user to only select a single item, and previously selected items would be automatically removed.

Also please remove the Placeholder text once an item has been selected, after and item has been selected the Placeholder text can seem confusing.
