Add an option to "Always Show" an Introduction Panel

Please add an option to always show an Introduction Panel when an instant app is loaded.  Currently once you have clicked Okay, the intro Panel is skipped if the app is reloaded, or relaunched. 

We include import information in the Introduction Panel, commonly url links for more information, as well as a disclaimer as how to best use the information provided.

Could be something similar to webapp builder, options for a Splash Screen
