We are using Portal 10.8.1 and everything else is working on the portal except ArcGIS Insights. We are unable to open any workbooks created by Insights, it just opens up a blank page and nothing loads.Please assist.
Hello Gudani2020. Did you do anything recently to your ArcGIS Enterprise deployment that may have modified your initial setup? It looks like something is obviously wrong with your setup and configuration of Insights on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. Since it could be a handful of different things, I would recommend checking your ArcGIS Server log files and contacting technical support. I believe that would be the most efficient way to solve this. https://support.esri.com/en
