Insights pages embedded into StoryMap switch back to default size iframe size after scheduled update

We have a report that we're been using for the last couple of years that utilizes Insights pages embedded into a StoryMap, both built in an Enterprise portal.
Because some of the reporting charts are longer and not all pages are the same size, I used the custom sizing into insights to create the iframe link that I embedded into the StoryMap.
This has worked fine until recently. The pages are scheduled to update weekly. After the pages update each week, the iframe length in the StoryMap changes to the default length. Users now need to scroll for each embedded pages, which is a problem because almost all the reports are a little bit longer than the default size. Is there something I can change in the settings to prevent this from happening?
