I need to troubleshoot an installation of Insights but could not find the logs of the app - or the way to troubleshoot it using Portal and or DataStore logs - could someone please give me a hand with this?

Thanks for posting here! Can you expand with more information about your problem:
1. What version of Insights for ArcGIS?
2. What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you using?
3. What is the workflow you're performing and what error are you running into?

Thank you for your response Aravind. The issue is with our IT environment and probably related to ArcGIS Server/Portal service user permissions. I wasn't been able to find the root of the problem but when I do it I'll post it here.
