ArcGIS Insights zoom closer on the map

Hi,

I am just starting to use Insights 3.4 enterprise. I have several hundred features in a single neighborhood that I need to view, however I am unable to zoom closer than the city level. Is there a way to allow the map to zoom much closer?

Hi,

I installed the Insights app and it doesn't seem to have this restriction.
