My organization is looking to create the Indoors Space Planner and Reservation system. I am trying to create the Space Planner app but am struggling with the Indoors Occupants layer. I created a CSV with the required Unit ID, Level ID, Site ID, knownas, title, email etc. My facility is floor aware configured with matching level ID, Site ID, Unit ID etc. I use the Update Occupant Features tool and it populates all attributes except Level and Unit ID. The feature layer has no points on the map. I've tried setting the Units layer assignment types to offices or none. I've tried setting everything to cubicles or meeting rooms. Those features simply don't add. I've manually typed the data into the layer and it still doesn't show on the map.
I'm using Pro version 3.5.2. I have been working to solve this for a few days without success. Anyone know the solution?
