I have just recently published all my data into enterprise and started viewing the web mapping app in Indoor viewer. I am able to search for and locate any of my units. However, none of my points of interest will show up when using the search bar. These points are in the app, I can see the layers and even select them manually to view their pop up into. I just can't seem to search for them to locate them. Anyone have any solution to this?

Hi Connor,
Can you confirm if the web map (POITest4 from your image) was created using Pro 2.8 after creating the indoor categories? If not, then can you go through these steps and create a new one?

Hi Connor,
Looks like you probably haven't configured the categories for your POI layer yet. Please refer Create an Indoors category topic in the documentation. Once you have created one or more categories, you will see them in the Explore panel in Indoor Viewer and the features will also appear in Search.

I have created Indoors categories in Pro in seems. I have multiple different category groups and categories configured. However, I just noticed that when my web map is added to the app, it says "No categories table" underneath the title of the web map. Any reason why this is the case?
Hi Connor,
What version of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro are you on?
- Gaurav
ArcGIS Pro: 2.8.813
ArcGIS Enterprise: 10.9
If possible, can you also attach screenshots of the Contents pane (list by Data Source tab activated) and Configure Indoors Categories pane (Categories tab activated) from ArcGIS Pro and the pane in the Configure App wizard where you see the 'No categories table' message?

It was created using Pro 2.8. I also tried to create it again to double check; still receiving the "no categories table" message
Update: The problem was resolved after resharing the web map as a web map. The tutorial I followed specified to share it as a web layer, this turned out to be an error.
