Several people have reported missing data in our ACC Indoors Viewer when viewing it on an Android mobile device. When they zoom in they see a blank screen. When zoomed out they only see the building footprints. They should be seeing rooms, details, points of interest, etc. So far this has only been reported on Samsung Devices.
I found this on the ESRI website. It's not Indoor map specific, but it seems related.
It says to make sure the Android operating system is up to date and to try opening the map in the Firefox browser.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
