I'm trying to create a floor aware map in Portal (Enterprise 10.9.1) with the Indoors Pro extension. I have Units, Floors and Facilities, all properly configured with the Indoors schema fields in Pro. When I publish these layers to Portal, I'm not seeing anything in the map options for Indoors. I've published both as a webmap from Pro, and the layers individually, creating the web map in Portal and the issue persists. One issue I do have is that there is some missing geometry in my Units data at the moment. That's something we're chasing down in our FME CAD to GIS process. Could that be causing this?
Hi @LeviCecil .
Can you please describe where and how ArcGIS Indoors License is deployed?
Ex) Is the Indoors Pro license deployed in ArcGIS Enterprise and used through the named user account?
Or is the Pro license a single-use and activated in ArcGIS Pro only?
The Indoors Pro extension license is through my named user account in the Enterprise
Ok.... so eliminating the license deployment...
"I have Units, Floors, and Facilities, all properly configured with the Indoors schema fields in Pro."
Do you have the Levels feature class?
Oh yes, sorry Floors is called Levels
Hi @LeviCecil
Can you send me screenshots of
- ArcGIS Pro's floor-aware map
- Enterprise web map with floor layers + property tab UI
- Enterprise license's Indoor Extension
to jkang@esri.com?
Did you configure the Indoor Layers tab of the Map Properties dialog box?
I did, yes
In ArcPro, before you publish, do you see the Floor Filter widget?
I do see that, yes
