Indoor Viewer No Hotels Available to Book

Hi community, I've follwed the online documentation for configuring reservations.
When configuring the Indoor Viewer, my reservation layer is accepted, but under Hotel, it says there are not hotels available to book.

Any insight?

Enterprise 11.2

Indoor Space Planner must be configured with units assigned to Hotel Areas for reservations to work.
