ArcGIS Indoors – No Compatible Add-on Licenses Available on ArcGIS Online

Hello,

Our ArcGIS Pro Indoors extension is working correctly. However, when I try to assign additional ArcGIS Indoors app licenses in ArcGIS Online, the system shows the message:

"There are no compatible add-on licenses available."

Because of this, we are unable to use other Indoors applications such as ArcGIS Indoors Maps and ArcGIS Indoors Spaces.

Could you please confirm if these licenses need to be purchased separately, or if there are additional configuration steps required?

Thank you for reaching out. I do not have this type of license, so I don’t see Indoors Maps or Indoors Spaces under the Organization extensions tab.

Hello @Bilguuntugs24, the names are in the screenshot I posted above. I would recommend getting in touch with your account manager. I'm sure they will help you get this sorted out.
