Since the new feature editing also affects existing data, there are massive problems with this in my data. Support said that this is not a bug. That's why I'm turning to you.
We have an old university campus. Buildings and levels overlap because we have many interconnected complex structures. Some buildings are located on a slope and others are above them, and we have buildings that are only underground with other buildings on top of them, e.g., parking garages. If I now have to change data at the level features, for example, the facility ID in the data model is automatically recalculated. Unfortunately, this results in an incorrect ID. The problem is that I cannot overwrite the incorrect ID. This is very problematic because it results in an erroneous intervention in the data model. The question now is how can this be changed?
I would like to see the option to overwrite the automatic values manually or to deactivate the automatic calculation when editing existing features.
