What is the final format of the netCDF data that you want?  It is usually used as a dataset for a type of analysis or a dataset to be converted to another format

Thanks for answering my question. Yes, I forgot to mention that I have already gone through the help topics. I am actually reading about this: Managing Multidimensional Data

Maybe I should rephrase my question. Is it possible to serve real-time netCDF files via ArcGIS Enterprise? I haven't reached that part yet in my readings. 🙂
