We are currently using a backup server to house our Image Server. We are pulling images from an external drive and have the services created on that backup server. We need to change the name of the machine from GIS to GIS1. When we did this, none of the services were available and no one could see the imagery. What all needs to be changed to update the computer name within the Image Server software and services? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
