Hi Nicholas,
The error is occurring because of the custom domain on your site. This is a bug and we are working on a fix, but for an immediate workaround you can temporarily remove your custom domain, upgrade the site, and add it back.
Courtney
Thanks Courtney. That worked.
Hello,
I am having problem upgrading the site also. Changing the custom domain didn't help.
and
The org name is Champaign County GIS Consortium.
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
Hi Courtney,
I also have the same problem
https://broomfield.maps.arcgis.com
and
The organization name is City and County of Broomfield
Thank you,
Charles

Thanks Courtney,
I just found this bug after sending the message on here. To re-add my custom domain will I have to re-register the CNAME with the open data domain? opendata.arcgis.com.
As long as the domain is the same you do not have to re-register it.
