Trying add content to hub from feature services but its missing

Question

Our organization has an enterprise license and is using ArcGIS Server 10.5.1. We have a few feature classes we share through it.

I registered the feature service and map service (using the REST service url) with ArcGIS Online and set its visibility to public.

It won't show up on from the "add content" menu of Hub. What am I missing? What settings do I need to check?

Hey Alex, thanks for the response. Open Data is enabled. And from the root open data hub, I noticed that these layers were available from the content search there. Just not the content search within the initiative I had created. So it seems you have nudged me into the right direction!

Hm, first thought... is your ArcGIS Online organization enabled for open data?
