Whether this behavior is expected or bug?

Organization A has Hub contents group and users can categorize items by "group category" of A's Hub contents group.

Also, users can add an item of organization B to A's Hub contents group and categorize items by "group category" of A's Hub contents group.

However, in Hub site, the item of organization B is not categorized "group category" of A's Hub contents group...
