Our OpenData Site is crashing for large datasets.
The drop-down warning saying "Too many records. This dataset has a lot of records, try zooming in" comes up, after which the page freezes until the tab crashes with error code "Out of Memory"
This is the dataset this is occurring with:
https://public-gis-missioncity.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/city-of-santa-clara-addresses-full-list
This is happening in both chrome, firefox, and edge.
The data is from a map service and all records load fine in map viewer and can be downloaded via the about tab for the item (https://public-gis-missioncity.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/missioncity::city-of-santa-clara-address...So it seems to be an issue with the rendering of the map in Hub. this same issue is happening with several of the other large datasets on our opendata site as well.

Hello! We recently released an update that should have fixed this issue. You will still see the initial "Too many records" message but the memory issue should now be resolved. Let us know if you notice any further problems loading this dataset on the map.
Thanks for your message. We're currently investigating methods to reduce the browser resources required on the datasets page and should have a path forward within the next week or so. I'll update here once we have an estimate of when this issue will be resolved.
