This link used to work to open a private Survey123 survey as a content item in a Hub Configuration. Now we get error 404 with the new Hub release. (I am the creator and owner of the content).
The survey opens via Survey123 no problem (it's a private survey).
This was used in a customer header in a menu item, but also in a gallery item and a card item and both cause a 404.
This is also an issue with a StoryMap that is shared within the gallery or a card item in the Hub Configuration. However, sometimes the StoryMap appears sometimes there a broken page icon error. It's not consistent and so it's a little confusing. Using Edge is that matters
Hi @Teresa_Blader we are working to resolve an issue where surveys created in Survey123 Connect fail to load in Hub Sites. This fix should be available shortly, it will open all surveys created in Survey123 Connect directly in Survey123 always.

Not sure if your StoryMaps issue is the same one we have been having. BUG-000139199: There are issues with embedding the ArcGIS Insights or ArcGIS StoryMaps applications for the custom ArcGIS Hub domains after the April release.
