Hub Premium url does not update on Details page; Share gives error message

Hello,

Here's another of a series of quirks that are building up for me with a Hub site.

About a month ago, I change a hub url by removing 'draft-' from the front of the name. This worked with no problem, or so I thought. The url for the site I currently edit on does not contain 'draft-'.

However, from the Details page for this hub, the url still shows the 'draft-' at the beginning, so if people try to access the hub via that link, it does not work.

Confused by this, I went back into the Seetings in edit mode for the site to see the domain setting. It says 'draft-' again, even though I can look up in the browser and the word draft is not there!

And if I try to remove 'draft-' again, I get an error message saying that that url is already being used (even thought it's being used by this very same hub.

In case you're wondering, no, there are not two versions of this hub in my Content (only one). In other words, I don't have one with the word draft in it and a copy without the word draft in it.

Since I discovered this, I've had more front-end issues to contend with and I figued that as long as I provide the right url (without draft-) to people, they can access the hub. However, I now have coworkers and others trying to use the Details link and getting error messages.

Please help! This seems like a technical issue that may require ESRI assistance? @KlaraSchmitt

@lmarun I suggest contacting Esri Support for help with this issue. They can help diagnose if there is a setting that's incorrect or if there is an issue with the software. Depending if it's a software issue - the development team (myself, Klara, etc.) will have the technical details necessary to resolve the issue.

And when sharing images - it's necessary to provide the full browser window. If there is sensitive information then you can blur out that specific detail. Small image snippets don't provide enough information for Support or development teams to understand what is being observed as we need to see the browser URL, browser version, etc.

@AndrewTurner

Thanks, Andrew.

Here are some images of what happens when I go to manage the Settings within Hub editing mode.

And from the Details page in my Content, this is the link that is provided for sharing: https://adaptsocal.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/c5b18614dcb74745b80ad27bd45f79b9/data

Is that more helpful?
