Grids or columns

I'm trying to design part of a hub page so that two cards, a text card and an embedded video, are stacked on top of each other on the left, while the right is a map widget. This is done through columns or grids in other apps like Experience Builder, but I don't see a way to do it in Hub other than building a separate ExB or Dashboard app and embedding it in a row card. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
