Custom terms of use won't save/errors

I've been trying out the 'custom terms of use' functionality on the Settings page, but when I go to save it it says an error occurred (see below).  This is the only thing I've changed on the page.

Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

I can't reproduce this on my account. Can you please log a support case so we can get access to take a look at yours?
