I have a gallery on an internal Hub site that contains a set of PDFs hosted on ArcGIS Online. When the user clicks on a card, I would like the full-size PDF to be displayed. Instead, it displays the thumbnail with a bunch of details that we don't need to see, with an option to download:
I have another Hub site I built a year or so ago that includes similar functionality, but it is behaving the way I want this one to. So I know it's possible, but I can't figure out what I did differently. Here's a screenshot of a PDF opened on that site:
I feel like at some point when I was setting up this new site page with the gallery, there was a question about whether users should be able to export, and I think that's what is causing this behavior, but I can't find the setting now to disable it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Hi @HollyTorpey_LSA there was an intentional change made earlier this year across the ArcGIS platform that changed how PDFs are uploaded and stored within ArcGIS. You can read more about that here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/unable-to-open-pdf-in-agol-only-download-new-a....
Unfortunately, there is no method for ArcGIS Hub to override or workaround this change. All PDFs uploaded to ArcGIS since the change (across the platform) are not able to be viewed in the browser. PDFs uploaded previous to this change continue to work as expected. You are welcome to advocate for a change to this behavior with the ArcGIS Online team.

AAAARGH!
(But thank you for the information!)
@BrianRollison Where would you recommend advocating for this to return to the previous functionality?
