There should be an automatic citation generator in ArcGIS Hub to encourage researchers to cite the data they use. This could be similar to the button found in the BTAA Geoportal records (see this record for an example, citation is on the right: https://geo.btaa.org/catalog/f52c0250-4c61-0134-1dad-0050569601ca-2)
