I work for a local City Government as a GIS Analyst.
In ArcGIS Hub Sites, when a user clicks on a logo in the standard header, they are taken to the home page. We would like the logo link to be customizable so that users are taken back to our official City website. This would align with WCAG 2.1standards where the user expects to be taken to the City Website since they are clicking on the city logo. There could be a separate tab for "Home" to be taken back to the home page of the Hub Site. This seems like it would be an easy win since many other Cards and elements already have this functionality in the Hub Site editor. This would also communicate to users that the Hub Site is an official government website which is important to distinguish from scam websites.
