We need a dashboard or other tool that checks each downloadable layer on our arcgis online open data site and reports back whether those layers are successfully downloading.
Currently the only way we know there is a problem is if a user reports that a specific download isn't working. It would be great to be more proactive and be able to routinely verify that the downloads are working without having to manually go through and try downloading each one.
