Animated Counters of summarized statistics to improve page interactivity and visual appeal

National Parks Board of Singapore (NParks) - TreesSG: Animation of number counter of trees statistic (loading state) 

NParks is looking for animation on the landing page to generate curiosity of the total number of trees planted. Currently, this is unavailable in Hub. This request was put forth during User Conference 2024 and an idea request was suggested to be raised.
