Subscribe to weekly emails to stay up-to-date with your discussions
ArcGIS Hub Premium discussion boards and content-based discussions give users the ability to communicate and collaborate by sharing comments, ideas, and feedback on pre-defined topics and content. Discussion participants can add posts, respond or react to posts, and @mention other participants. And now, participants can subscribe to weekly emails on new activity, including updates on new posts and replies.
How do I subscribe to a discussion?
1. Open a discussion in one of the following places:
a. Discussion board overview
b. Discussion board
c. Content-based discussion
2. Select the Subscribe button.
NOTE: You must be signed in to subscribe to a discussion.
3. A dialog opens, showing options to subscribe to discussion activity. The dialog lets you know the discussion you're subscribing to, and gives you options for the activity you would like to track, based on your role in the discussion channels.
REMINDER: Channels determine who can participate, manage, moderate, and see the discussion.
4. You can select individual options or select the Subscribe to all button to select all options at once (or similarly Unsubscribe from all to deselect options).
5. Select Save; the dialog will close and you will see a notice that your subscription to this discussion was created. As needed, select the button again to Manage subscription.
6. After creating a new subscription, you will automatically receive an email alerting you that the subscription was activated. You have the option to cancel the subscription at any time.
Then, once a week, a discussion activity summary email will keep you up to date on discussion activity.
