📝Updated Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to include navigation to a filtered view on the Content pane after selecting the View all... button.

The My workspace → My overview page has been redesigned to make your Hub experience more intuitive, efficient, and focused. By emphasizing Hub-related content and reducing clutter, this updated landing page helps you get back to work—fast. Below, we'll walk through the key features and step-by-step instructions for navigating the new experience.

As the central page for managing your Hub content in workspaces, the My overview pane now features:

  • A new tabbed interface that focuses on your most recently modified Hub content to quickly get you back to work.
  • Easy-access actions that allow you to view published items, manage content, and edit layouts.

Step-by-step guide: navigating the new workspace overview

  1. Sign in — Sign in to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise as usual.

  2. Open Hub — In the upper-right corner of ArcGIS Online,

    1. Select the waffle application selector
    2. Choose Hub (or Sites, if you're in Enterprise)

  • Sites
  • Pages
  • Initiatives (Premium)
  • Projects (Premium)
  • Discussions (Premium)
  • Events (Premium)

5. Take quick action — Each content item in the gallery includes action buttons, making it easy to jump right into updates:

  • Manage (available for all content types) opens the workspace for that specific item.
  • Edit layout (available for Pages and Sites) opens the layout editor directly.

6. View all your content — Want to see everything you can manage? Select View all... at the bottom of the gallery. This takes you to a filtered view on My workspace → Content, based on which tab you're on. Selecting View all sites takes you to your workspace content pane with items automatically filtered to sites, and so on.

What about groups and other content?

To streamline the experience and keep the focus specifically on Hub content, a few items have been reorganized:

  • The Recently modified groups table no longer appears on the overview page. To see your groups, visit the Groups pane on the left-hand side of your workspace.
  • Similarly, the Recently modified content table no longer exists on the overview page. To see your content, either select the View all... button in the lower left-hand side of the page (directs you to a filtered view) OR select the Content pane on the left-hand side of your workspace.

Availability based on your Hub license

The new overview is available wherever workspaces are supported. However, the experience differs slightly based on your license type:

  • Hub Premium: All tabs appear — Sites, Pages, Initiatives, Projects, Discussions, Events.
  • Hub Basic: All tabs appear, but Initiatives, Projects, Discussions, and Events provide a link to learn more about Hub Premium.
  • ArcGIS Enterprise (available in 12.1) : Only Sites and Pages tabs are available in Enterprise Sites.
