I am creating a predictive model. I am trying to transform the data distribution of some raster variables so that it approximates a normal distribution before calculating the z-scores to use as input variables for principal component analysis. I am trying to use the geostatistical analyst wizard to normalize the data but each time I run the tool and get to step three I get an error message that says there is not enough memory. I ran the tool once before without any problems but now after each go ArcMap shuts down.

Do you have ArcGIS Pro? http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/analysis/geostatistical-analyst/get-started-with-geostatistica...
Do you have Background geoprocessing on? http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/analyze/executing-tools/64bit-background.htm
Can you run the process manually?
Have you tried a clean project with just the data needed to complete the process?
Your computer specs
ArcMap will only natively use way less ram than you might have

I was able to manually calculate it. Thank you.
