I feel your pain ...  Having an input connector for MQ would be very useful for my company also.  Currently we have our enterprise service bus post a json message to the geovent processor.

Both IBM MQ and ArcGIS support the same API’s, scripting languages, and message protocols (such as MQTT).  Here’s a specific reference for a GeoEvent Server connector for MQTT…
