Geotab Connector for GeoEvent Server in Gallery disabled

I installed ArcGIS Enterprise 12, when I go to the GeoEvent Server Gallery, the "Geotab Connector for GeoEvent Server" button is disabled.

Why is the install button disabled for the Geotab Connector?

Is there a way to install the Geotab Connector in GeoEvent at ArcGIS Enterprise 12?
