You should have it there:

The first thing I would do is contact technical support to see if they can help you import the missing transport.
If that is not an option they might advise to:
Backup your entire GeoEvent configuration using Configuration Store => Export Configuration => All
Uninstall GeoEvent and Delete leftover folders.
For example mine is installed here: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\GeoEvent
Reinstall and then import your configuration back into the interface. Double check all your inputs,services, and outputs.
