Can't output GeoEvent stream service on ArcGIS JavaScript or online map

I am trying the ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server -Stream Service Tutorial.

Following the tutorial page 17, I want to use the ArcGIS REST Service Directory to view the output in ArcGIS JavaScript or ArcGIS Online. 

Via the GeoEvent Simulator, even though the monitor of the GeoEvent shows the output of the stream service, the features still can't be shown on the map.

Please help me figure out what may be the problem?

I just posted a blog with a series of videos demonstrating how to use Stream Services.

Please take a look at how the video demonstrates bringing in a live feed from the ISS and then try matching the processing of your simulated event records to that workflow.

@johnlin1 Were you able to solve this. I am having similar issue though am using Poll an External Website for JSON. I am able to see the counts in inputs, outputs as well as geoevent service however, nothing shows in the HTML window when we subscribe to the stream service.
