When I click and select the Open status in the serial chart. The issues in the table and scene/map viewer does not respond to my selection. Does anyone having this issue? or am I missing a step?

Happy to try and help here! Are you using the GeoBIM 'Viewer' app for this, or the 'Issues Dashboard' app? The Issues Dashboard app has some limitations to it, and we usually recommend using the 'Viewer' app, with the 'charts' tab toggled on.
If you were in fact using the 'Viewer' app - can you please share a short screen recording showing this limitation so we understand better? As you suggested, on the Viewer app, filtering an issue through the issue charts should be filtering your scene/map view and the table at the bottom.
