Just installed Mobile for Windows 3.1. When I open Mobile Project Center I get all these visual artifacts. Blotches of white on the screen or hash marks or blacked out portions. See screen shot attached.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. It basically makes it impossible to use.
Any ideas?
